Classroom Procedures and Expectations
Our classroom is an important place for students to learn and grow. We have rules and procedures to help ensure that learning happens in a safe and orderly environment. When students have disruptive or unsafe behavior, it makes it difficult for other students to learn, feel safe, and do their best work. We use Class Dojo to document student behaviors throughout the day, and communicate with parents. We ask that you check your child’s Class Dojo daily (I recommend after school) to review your child’s behavior. Please review our classroom management plan below to learn more about our expectations and positive/negative consequences for behavior.
Rules:
- Follow directions. [quickly]
- Feet and hands to yourself.
- Small voices inside, TALL voices outside.
- Work together, don’t fight.
